Fedex None Delivered Policy:

For items that are over $500, we require adult signature upon delivery. Fedex will make up to 3 delivery attempts, leaving tag on the door with each failed attempt. If you are having an issue with acceptance of delivery before 3rd attempt, we can arrange up to one week delay. We can re scheduled delivery again when you are able to accept it, including weekends. After Fedex makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us by Fedex. In this case, the customer will be charged the original shipping fee, the undelivered return shipping fee and the re-delivery fee.

Our Shipping Warranty:

Our shipping warranty covers any damage incurred during the shipment of any unit to the shipping address on your order.
